Salve, il 21/05/2008 ho aperto un sinistro per infiltrazione d'acqua dal tetto. Proprietario all'ultimo piano e in condominio. L'infiltrazione ha rovinato due pareti. Il perito dell'ass.ne condominiale ha accertato il danno periziandolo per 500 euro, l'ass.ne l'ha accettato. Ho fatto imbiancare a settembre 2008, quindi faxato la fattura di 480 euro. Ad oggi non sono stato risarcito. Ho scritto una raccomandata, recentemente, sia all'amministratore che all'ass.ne ma per ora nessuna risposta. Cosa posso fare per avere il mio risarcimento? Vorrei evitare gli avvocati. Grazie.
