Ho bisogno di una delucidazione sul regime agevolato start-up 5%.
Se per rientrare nei requisiti si deve attendere il 2024, si puo’ intanto aprire la partita iva con regime agevoltato al 5% e fatturare nel 2024 oppure biaogna aspettare proprio il 2024 per aprire la partita iva?
Nel senso, conta la data di apertura della partita iva oppure la data di effettivo esercizio dell’attivita’ (che presumo essere con la prima fattura emessa)?

La partita iva al più tardi la aprirai quando inizierai l'attività...se la inizi nel 2023 la devi pur aprire nel 2023..
