Deducibilità parziale spese telefoniche anche su TCG e bolli?

La deducibilità all80% sulle spese telefoniche radiomobili si applica anche ai bolli e alle TCG in bolletta? La mia commercialista insiste sull'applicazione anche su di esse (TCG e bolli) , ma io non ne ravvedo l'obbligo sul riferimento normativo.
