Verbali condominiali e privacy.

Il mio capo condominio talvolta non mi invia i prospetti delle spese condominiali a mio carico e successivamente nei verbali di riunione condominiale mi fa figurare moroso rispetto a tutti i miei coinquilini, con mio evidente imbarazzo.

La domanda che pongo è: scrivendo il mio nome pubblicamente in un verbale condominiale questo signore viola la legge sulla privacy nei miei confronti, dato che ritengo che si l’insolvenza sia sempre da gestire come dato sensibile?
